Head may explode at any moment!

Ever get the feeling that your head may explode at any moment? you know the one where you have 50 million things to do and you forget your own name, let alone remembering to pick your kids up from the child minder, rememeber to post your speeding fine etc

I finished my uni assignment at like 11:30 the day before it was due in and havent done my DHC homework for like a month!

I need a new head!

a new body!

and a new stress free life!

anyone now where they are let me and possibly Paula know where they are!!!!!!!!

Also and finally....

I had chips and gravy for tea tonight!!! and on friday as it was good friday and oxford rd was sold out of chips!!!! I had to make my own!!! mmmmmmmmm chips and gravy............

Since moving to the north east I have discovered the joy of chips and gravy!!! and now I'm obsessed!!!!

Mum in a million / Special people in my life

My Mum is like the best Mum in the world! I know that most people think that but my Mum really is. Throughout all the things she has been through she is still going strong.

I never want to be where she is today.... Motherless as I really don't think I could ever cope without her. I know I moved away to start a life up here, that was more through lack of choice down south and because I was in love. I know I chose to stay after things went bad, I had made good friends.

I think that's when I first suffered with depression.

Sat in that flat by myself day after day, with no money to go anywhere or do anything except pay the rent. I had no sofa to sit on for a while so I just got use to sitting in my bedroom, watching telly ALL DAY. Sad and upset that the person I had been with didn't want me anymore and that I couldn't believe it was over. Looking back now maybe I was a bit full on with him but I never meant to drive him away with my future planing as us women do, anyway, that's the past now!

But through it all was one really special person my Mum! I later had friends like Paula, Mike and Stuart to help me, but my Mum she was a real star. I rang her everyday and she told me it will be ok.

Then when my Grandma died and I was alone up here grieving she was at the end of a phone.

ENTER Paula with sweets, ice cream and wine yes sweetheart I haven't forgotten you! Neither has the guy at the checkouts!!

Again when my Dad killed himself she helped me talk things through even though she was struggling to cope with it herself.

Enter Stuart with his 1am wake up calls with sobbing Lorna. I love you, you know I know I don't say it as much as I should but I do. You are there for me even though you are crap at housework and make me feel crap sometimes, those bad times we have are forgotten when I remember all the things you do for me, all the hugs and kisses when I need them, and the times you are just you.

When my Nan died it was my turn to help my Mum, except when I was in A&E with Gallstone pain on the day of her funeral, I needed her to mind Faith.

She was there when Faith was born, mopping my brow, telling me to push!!!

She has always been there, working 6 jobs at a time 7 days a week to provide for us kids, standing by my brother when he was in prison, helping out my other brother when he screwed up and needed her. She's always put us first, she's always done her best for us, even now we are all grown up and married and have kids of our own....nearly Chris not long now yeah I'm so excited! She still helps us is therefore us.

And then last year when my Grandad died she forgave me after all the things I said and the way I acted. When I just couldn't cope with my family dying anymore and lost the plot completely.

So that's why I say she is the best Mum in the world cause she is!

I HATE WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so fed up with work! I love the girls I work with its just my boss except me to do 50,000.000 hours work in 25 hours a week! She made me write a to do list yesterday it was like 50 pages long!!! I'm only meant to be PART time!!!!

ARGHHHHHHHH I'm gonna have to quit, I don't see my kids hardly and have got them with a childminder something I said I'd never do!!!

But I don't wanna quit!!!! I like work just not the stress!!! Guess thats everyone!!!


Anyway its just a stop gap until our business takes off! Can't wait to be my own boss! YEAH!

Friday night had a hot date! No details in case my kids ever read this and are traumatised for life! However Faith learnt some new phases!!!!

Note to self ALWAYS make sure my kids are sleep before partaking in after dark pleasures! or learning to keep ones mouth shut!

WELL THAT SUCKED!!

Yesterday I was 28! I feel so old!

My birthday didn't start with breakfast in bed or even a lay in, I had no presents to open, no flowers, no special treats, no balloons, and no cake!

I had to buy my own cake and light my own candles and even start the singing of happy birthday!

But it was OK I had had my presents from the girls at work last week as we all went out and danced ourselves stupid except Paula the lightweight!!!

I wasn't expecting much but a lie in would have been nice.

Anyway went to get new lenses for my eyes, wondered around town and got some new underwear for my date that night!!!!

Got home after popping into work to say hi, (got nagged to go out drinking after my date) found my house was clean yeah, went to seaton with the kids and watched the sea which was nice.....then my date cancelled he was ill!!

Oh what now I thought its my birthday surely he can make the effort for day of the year!!!!??? sadly no!!! To ill to come out for dinner with his wife but can eat half a bar of MY BIRTHDAY CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

Why does he not learn it was the same last year and the year before that I ALWAYS make an effort to celebrate his birthday and make him feel special!!! WHY, WHY can't he just for once do it for me its only one day!!!

Anyway I went out to dinner and had fun!!!!!

This probably isn't a helpful to my marriage post, but you know when you just need to rant and no ones listening!!!

Finally we have got our grant money from the university so we can buy laptops! Stuart got his on friday and I'm waiting til my better version is in stock!!!!(stu couldnt wait!....for once I can its amazing.....who the hell am I and what have I done with lorna????)

My baby's 1 and walking!

I haven't blogged for so long due to the vast amounts of working I have been doing, not only am I at college doing a DHC, I have just started my 3rd year of my uni degree ...which is hard work 8 assignments in 8 months! (last year I had 4 in the same time scale)...anyway as I was saying I am also working two jobs doing accounts something I never done before and am learning new skills all the time as well as the stress of getting yelled at by Paula who is my boss! Its very strange having your best friend as your boss!!!. Some times its cool as I get special treats other times it sucks cause she gives me crap jobs to do, but hey I signed up for this so I should stop moaning and be grateful I have a job!

By the way......

My baby is 1 and walking......

We had his first birthday on 11 Feb 07! and he started walking two days before hand!!! Now all I can sing is "aint no stopping him now...he's on the move" Sad I know but!!! he's my Boyz.

Well today being Valentines day is cool be married don't have to worry about not getting a card etc... I got a badge that I'm being forced to wear!!! Its says world's greatest lover on it!!! I feel slightly big headed!!

Also you can so tell I'm married I'm spending valentines with Paula at college....People really are gonna start to talk about us! We spend vast amounts of time together!!! The lasses at college are already thinking we are gay!!!

However it looks like Paula's fairy tale of being rescued from the parallel dimension world, by "the Handsome Man" is coming true bitach!!!!

OHHHHH THE CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I realy think Michelle is a genius! She has created a way for us all to remain lard arses for the rest of lives but remain truly happy!!!

Its the gift of the Chocolate Fountain, Oh heaven in a fountain!

I must get pictures!!!!!

Although after reading the instructions this morning putting your tongue in it and licking the flow is not how your meant to get the chocolate in your mouth, although me and Charlie had great fun doing it!!!

ALSO have discovered that you can pretty much coat anything and everything in chocolate inc creme eggs, marshmellows and crosants being my fav. But your finger is also good as is charlies lips, chest and my tongue!!!! all good ways to ingest chocolate!!!

MMMMMM will dream of your oh fountain of heaven til we met again!!!

Recently signed my very single friend up to a date my mate website as a bit of a laugh! She has had like a million replies even some from married men!!!! I mean some people!!!!!

On a more possitive note I had a great day with my mate Charlie yday. If she were a guy and I was single I'd marry her she helped me so much yday.

Also I am now part of the plotting for Charlies bday which is fun to be on this side for a change!!!!

I am in much need of another trip to the house of heaven!

I MADE HIM BALD!!!!!!!!

Well in the interests of saving a penny or two my friend Claire suggested I cut my own children's hair! Faith's is fine just trimmed some off the bottom. But poor Noah is BALD!!!!!!!!!

I started trimming as you do then it looked funny.... so I trimmed a bit more.... then a bit more.... and so on til, I had to get the clippers and shave it all off on a number 2!!! He looks like a convict!!! Poor little sausage. Claire thought it was very funny!

7 lbs gone 60 million to go!!!!!!!

Why is it that every new year people start out with all these good intentions and plans to be fitter, silmmer, stop drinking/smoking etc but by Feb they have all gone tits up!!???

I myself am currently part of this trend, still trying to lose those baby pounds I put on when Pregnant problem is this time next month Noah will be 1!!! I will have no excuses then! Ok so between now and Feb must lose 12 stone! Well 2 would be nice.

Me and Paula minus Charlie (stupid family plans double booker you!) went for our wraps the other day being bandaged from head to foot in wrap was fun! Although you were unable to move!

I lost 10& 1/2 inches in 2 hours not bad!!!!

Why Paula needed to go I'll never know, stupid 8 stone sticklike person!

Oh and ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Paula you broke your blog ha ha ha ha ha ha its because you put horrid videos of me on there and on you tube!!! ha ha ha ha ha

Why do my friends hate me!???!!!

Why are my "friends" on a mission to undone the great work they did over Christmas. They spent the whole of 22nd Dec trying to convince me I was me again and I was worth something other than just a mother, wife and cleaner.

Yet they have made me feel horrid again!

I have always been concious of my weight, and even more so since having the children. I don't have time to make myself look as presentable as I would like to look, my nice clothes are just a tad too tight so I wear big baggy clothes!

I hate pictures of me at the moment!

But my friends put horrid video's and pictures of me on their blogs.... ok Charlie yours isnt that bad! But I hate that video Paula I don't think its funny and I feel ashamed of it!

Also it was filmed at a time when I was drinking way too much and feeling depressed which you guys helped me out of that friday. But now I feel like I've moved back to square 1!

STUPID BROKEN PHONE!!! IN NO WAY MY FAULT ok maybe slightly my fault!

After such a great Christmas New Year sucked!!!!!

First thing to go wrong was I broke my phone!!!!!! Wont tell you how...it by no means involved me lightly throwing it at the high chair, after it charge £1.00 to send a sodding text it didn't then send!!!!!

Second thing to go wrong was merrily watching telly waiting for Torchwood to come on when bang! The telly blew up....smoke everywhere!!!!!!!!!! (On the plus we now have an excuse for new flat screen HD ready telly he he!)

Third thing happened today!!! I broke my computer at work!!!!!!!!!!! So I threw a spaz and yelled at Paula to fix it!!!! In the end I pulled the plug out stupid thing!!!

So I am now awaiting the quote for the repair on my phone as the stupid insurance ran out on 30/12/06!!!!!!!!!!!! typical couldn't have broken it two days eariler could I NO!!
